2. Protection of personal data
ATACHE will treat your right to privacy with the utmost diligence and wants you to feel comfortable browsing its website. Consequently, and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection, you are informed that any data which may be collected via the website's data collection forms will be incorporated into an automated personal data file, for which ATACHE is responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with its customers and/or users, and promoting and/or marketing ATACHE's products. Likewise, ATACHE will cancel, delete and/or block the data when it is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for its purpose, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation. By pressing the 'send' button on the corresponding form, the user expressly consents to their data being used to provide the service requested, and to send commercial communications from ATACHE, by e-mail or by any other means. The user may at any time revoke the consent given to receive commercial communications. The user may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by contacting the address indicated in clause 1.
ATACHE adopts the security levels required by Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data (LOPD) and by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulations implementing the LOPD. Furthermore, ATACHE has an internal policy on the privacy and processing of personal data, which is ideal for achieving adequate levels of protection for the data provided by users, in accordance with current legislation. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and leaks may occur due to the malicious actions of third parties. The processing of data of a personal nature is subject to the principle of quality and purpose of the data, and therefore ATACHE will only request the data that is strictly necessary for the effective provision of the services required by the users, through the website. With regard to the personal data which the user may provide to ATACHE by browsing the website for any reason, the user is advised that he/she must have all the relevant authorisations, in accordance with current legislation, in order to be able to provide this information to ATACHE. In this regard, the user shall be solely responsible for obtaining the authorisations of those affected, in accordance with the procedures laid down by law, and ATACHE shall not accept any responsibility in this regard, either with regard to the user or any third party. The user acknowledges and accepts that, with regard to the data provided, he/she shall hold ATACHE harmless against any contingency which may arise from the assignment or transfer made. The data thus acquired by ATACHE shall be analysed in order to verify whether the processing of this data serves lawful purposes which are consistent with the activity of ATACHE. ATACHE shall cancel, erase and/or block this data when it is inaccurate, inconsistent, useless, incomplete or not necessary or relevant for its activities and purposes, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation, and without the obligation to communicate this circumstance to the user who has provided it or to the party concerned. With regard to the data provided for job offers, ATACHE hereby informs you that the data you voluntarily provide us with in order to use the services of the job offers will be stored in a file for which ATACHE is responsible, to which you may address your rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition.

By visiting and using the Portal, you accept the fact that its owner reserves the right to modify or suspend the available pages, the Portal, or to temporarily or permanently delete the data it has offered, at any time, without prior notice and without any liability to users. In this way, you accept that ATACHE is not liable for the deletion of information, errors in its storage, inaccuracy of content and other circumstances relating to the information on its website. All of the contents of the website, understood as including, but not limited to, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the 'Contents'), are the intellectual property of ATACHE or of third parties (ATACHE having previously authorised their use), and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current legislation on intellectual property may be understood to have been ceded to the user, except those which are strictly necessary for the use of the website. Access to the Portal does not in any case confer any rights over the brands, commercial names and/or distinctive signs that appear in it.
Reproducing or copying for private use the Contents which may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or making them available to third parties when these acts necessarily involve reproduction by the user or a third party.
