1. General

The user is obliged to make correct use of the Portal in accordance with the applicable laws and this Privacy Policy. The user shall be liable to LABORATORIOS DE COSMÉTICA CIENTÍFICA ATACHE, S.A, (hereinafter, ATACHE) or to third parties, for any damages which may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. It is expressly prohibited to use the website for purposes which are harmful to the property or interests of ATACHE or third parties, or which in any other way overload, damage or render useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of ATACHE or third parties. 2. Protection of personal data

ATACHE will treat your right to privacy with the utmost diligence and wants you to feel comfortable browsing its website. Consequently, and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection, you are informed that any data which may be collected via the website's data collection forms will be incorporated into an automated personal data file, for which ATACHE is responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with its customers and/or users, and promoting and/or marketing ATACHE's products. 3. User's responsibility

The user is aware of his/her exclusive responsibility for the use he/she makes of the website in accordance with this Privacy Policy, exempting ATACHE from liability for any type of claim or demand, including legal representation fees even if these are not mandatory, which may be made by a third party, due to or as a result of his/her conduct or connection to this website, the content it offers, his/her violation of this Privacy Policy or any other violation of the rights of another person or party. 4.5 General limitation of liability The user explicitly understands and accepts that ATACHE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, extraordinary or incidental damage, including, but not limited to, damage due to loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if ATACHE has notified the possibility of these losses), as a result of (i) the use or impossibility of using the website, (ii) unauthorised access or alteration of the transmission of your data, (iii) the transfer or unauthorised transmission by ATACHE of personal data carried out by the user or by any third party, or (v) any other circumstances. The user undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the applicable laws, the conditions in force, and this Privacy Policy.
